Non-commercial soaps don't have the preservatives that mass produced soaps contain. This means that your prized bar will melt away before your eyes if you leave it in standing water.

The [A]NI Soap Saver is an original design specifically created to address this issue. Made from white oak wood with an included loofah, your soap will sit up above the water allowing it to be on full display and last even longer. The closed grain of white oak makes it almost impervious to water, so coupled with our Teak oil finish, you soap holders should last for years and years. As an added bonus, the loofah helps ensure that your bar won't slip off the base and doubles as a great exfoliant.

The loofah sits in a recess with contains a drainage hole, so just place your new soap saver next to your sink and enjoy your soap without any worries.
